Head of IT Recruitment

8allocate — a vibrant software development outsourcing company based in the center of Kyiv is looking for Head of IT recruitment to build clear recruitment processes. 

Our goal is to grow by 70 people before the end of 2018, and then conquer the universe 🙂

If you like to build something from scratch, you will have a chance:

  • To build/improve the repetitive, self-improving, transparent and measurable recruitment process
  • Implement and maintain KPI and Scoreboard on a daily basis

The criterion for our “mutual love” will be realized KPI in 3 months of acquaintance:

  • Implemented and improved scoreboard for recruitment, installed KPI for each person in the team
  • Realized monitoring of daily team KPI’s
  • A real-time dashboard is organized in close cooperation with our CEO 
  • The knowledge/competence of the team was cut. As a result: A fully functional team has been formed, which easily scales if necessary
  • The average monthly closure rate is 2-3 people/per recruiter. But not less than 5-6 closings for the whole team per month.
  • Two trainings for the recruitment team were conducted 
  • Administration and management of recruitment is entirely in your power
  • Personally closed at least 2 vacancies
  • Processes/procedures of recruitment department are specified — from the application for the position to the closing and onboarding of the person.

Now the focus and need of the company is recruitment, but if you like to build and HR processes — we also have such tasks 🙂

It seems to us that it will be easy for you to achieve our goals and established KPI if you will have:

  • Management experience / growing IT recruitment department in a rapidly growing company. (you came when it was 20 when left — it was 100)
  • Experience in building a recruiting / HR system, in which it is realistic to close 3-5 vacancies per month per person.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the labor market in the IT industry (who do the developers choose, why do they do this, and how do we become the people they choose?)
  • Personal practical experience of successfully closing vacancies
  • English at a good level (our clients are mostly from those countries where they do not speak Russian or Ukrainian)

To make you happy and comfortable with us, we will provide:

  • Transparent and fast communication with the main internal customers (CEO and SRT)
  • 3 recruiters and 4 researchers, who already successfully work in our team and are ready to break/build and achieve together with you
  • Clearly defined goals and KPI for the first 3 months and for the first year
  • Of course, a comfortable office and a lot of tea/coffee charged with productivity
